Travis Bertell
Owner & Artistic Director
Travis Bertell is a dancer & choreographer based out of Long Island, New York. Starting his career as a successful competition dancer, supported by multiple overall placements & titles, he has developed his training under some of the industry’s best choreographers in New York City & Los Angeles. Travis has danced for music artists such as “AJR” & “Todrick Hall”. He has also featured in many dance film projects & has presented his own work at “Sybarite Dance Productions” in New York City. Travis has mentored & trained under Theresa Stone, leading him to work as her assistant at different jobs around the United States. Utilizing his knowledge gained as a student, he has been able to transform his passion into teaching & choreographing, along with traveling to several states around the country to teach master classes and share his passion with striving artists. Travis’s ultimate satisfaction results from creating a magical space in each room he steps into by highlighting elements in dancers they once did not know they were capable of. Travis is beyond thrilled to take all of his past and current experience in the dance industry and pour knowledge, love & great training into all of his dancers here at Blueprint!
Angela Goepfert
Owner & Studio Director
Angela Goepfert grew up in Western Massachusetts, where she started dancing at a young age. She has trained in all styles and won numerous regional and national dance titles. At age 15, Angela started to dive into the teaching side of the competitive world and was given her first choreography opportunity. Her choreography landed her numerous titles, overalls and awards which then led her to her first Studio Director role at the young age of 18. At that point she quickly realized which direction her passion would take her down, and she began her path to one day open her own studio. She went on to work on competition circuits as a stage manager and judge as well as taught master classes for Dance Masters of America. She was also fortunate enough to travel the world at a young age & train overseas in places like Austria & Germany. Angela strives to find the potential in every dancer that steps foot in her room. She believes in all her students and loves to work with them on strengths as well as weaknesses so she can set them on their own personal path to growth and success!
